upcoming meets:

9/17   Lake Braddock SS  430pm -530pm with HS races after that

10/2 Van dyck park (Sunday afternoon start times) no pre-registration required

10/8  Sat. Morning meet in Centreville at SYA Field of Dreams    no pre-registration required

10/16 Van dyck park (Sunday afternoon start times) no pre-registration required

10/15  Milestat meet at Pole Green Park in Mechanicsville (near Richmond)  requires pre-registration by 10/12 or so 

10/23 Middle school 4k championship and 2k elementary also at Pole green Park  and requires pre-registration

10/30  Providnece Park in Fairfax (Sunday afternoon times similar to today) no pre-registration required

11/5 or maybe 6  Nottoway Park Home meet    will need help with setup 8am-1030am and the meet will go 1130-230pm
